KOMBUCHINNATI is a kombucha brewery founded in Cincinnati, Ohio and our mission is to educate the public on the importance of gut health. Kombucha is a natural, powerful probiotic beverage that is made from, believe it or not, fermented sweet tea. The same way you can wine from grapes, you can make kombucha using fermented green, black, or even oolong sweet tea.
In 2017 our founder Ione Sally suffered from a stomach ulcer. Having an ulcer at the age of 17 at the time, was a huge problem. He quickly discovered how kombucha can help improve your gut health and began making it himself. And years later, he turned his homebrew into a success story.
In 2018 Ione started KOMBUCHINNATI with the money he saved from working at a restaurant during his senior year of high school. He had no investors, grants or loans. Just hard work and even more sacrifices.
This may not be the case for you though. You may want a beverage that is low in sugar, or you could have a stomach ache, or you could even just have bad gas. We all deal with that; right? Another possibility is that you might want a beverage that feels refreshing but is naturally made. And if that is you, KOMBUCHINNATI will definitely suit your need!
KOMBUCHINNATI infuses Elderberries into our sweet tea to create added health benefits to our kombucha. We also give free educational seminars to better reach the community about gut health.

Why I decided to change the packaging...
I chose cans because cans were always my goal, they are better for the environment and they are better quality. A can work the same way as a keg. More fresh than a glass bottle. The aroma and flavor is more pronounced in a can vs a bottle. Cans also ship better than expensive and heavy glass.
